   Ben,
   Forgive me for the accident of birth which puts me squarely in the mixing pot with all the rest of us naive, ignorant, insensitive, meddlesome, blah, blah, blah, Americans, but WTF’s a fortnight(#4)? I’m guessing it’s a UK term for some specific length of time, but just what exactly is that length of time? Have you ever heard the word used in actual modern conversation? As long as a fortnight and a day are not the same length of time, I think I still got the “Please, Please Me” answer correct…but it’s bugging me a little that I don’t know. SueB

     Haha Sue I knew someone would say something about this. I wasn’t sure whether it was just a British saying or not, obviously it is. A fortnight is a British term for 2 weeks.
