Ok, so I know I haven't posted on here in absolutely ages, I do apologise. Anyway lets not dwell on my lack of motivation and discipline and lets look at this weeks Guitar Hero instead. This hero hails from the biggest metal band on the planet, no question. They formed in 1981 and he was part of the original line up. They appealed to both mainstream and die-hard metal fans and have sold over 100 million albums worldwide. They have had 9 studio albums since they formed with their best selling being their self-titled "Metallica" album or "The[...]
Hello everyone and welcome to another Hero Worship post where I look at an amazing Guitar Hero. This week see's the turn of one of the legendary Metallica guitarists. This guy definitely deserves to be mentioned in this Hero Worship series. He played through the 80s, 90s and 00's and continues to rock today. He has helped Metallica sell over 100 Million albums worldwide and in 2003 Rolling Stone placed him as 11th Best Guitarist Of All Time. I'm feeling slightly hungover as it was my birthday yesterday, so I went out last night. Anyway on to the post. Here is another Riff of the Week post, and this week, a classic riff.
Enter Sandman is this weeks riff and I'm sure you all know it and can probably play it. But for all you people out there who have forgot it or haven't attempted it, here it is to jog your memory.
And here's how it should sound:
Hope that helps. Good Luck.
Bye
